3. Correction of Asian eyes.

He shared his experience and use of technique in the correction of Asian eyes.

The method is based on creating an eye fold to prevent drooping eyelids and at the same time to lift the eyelid. Asian eyes are by definition the absence of a fold in the eye, which is congenital and occurs not only in those of Asian origin, but also in those of Scandinavian, Hungarian, Irish, Sami, other European, Polynesian, Malaysian and African ancestry.

The demand for this treatment has increased more and more due to the influx of many different peoples.

Oslo Plastic Surgery's senior physician Dr. Kalaaji has so far operated on over 60 patients with this procedure and achieves a clearly satisfactory result in terms of more open eyes and a defined eye fold. For one surgery one must assess the patient thoroughly and discuss the location of the fold in relation to the eyelid.
