He reviewed the history behind fat grafting to Breast , how it came about, the techniques that were developed along the way and up to today's methods.
Dr. Kalaaji himself has carried out well over 100 cases of breast augmentation with his own fat.

He talked about the various starting points where fat transplantation can be of great benefit, for example in case of asymmetry in the breasts, reconstruction after breast cancer, tuberous Breast and small Breast where the patient does not want to insert implants or patients who have already inserted implants, but want more fullness.
